Now that spring is in the air, we’ve opened our doors and windows to let the fresh air in and I am ready for some spring decluttering and getting my life back together!
I decided for the month of April, each day I will clean an area of my life – starting April 14th . The amount of toys and clutter we have accumulated is crazy!
- April 14: Fill one bag with clutter from the house to donate (and actually donate it!)
- April 15: Toss expired items from your fridge and pantry
- April 16: Clear out and organize your wallet and/or purse
- April 17: Donate clothes you haven’t worn in years
- April 18: Clear out and organize the top kitchen cabinets
- April 19: Clear out and organize the bottom kitchen cabinets
- April 20: Organize your work desk
I am also going to focus on some new habits! I want to keep it pretty simple so I don’t get overwhelmed and just quit. I find that when I get into the mood to change my habits, I try to do a complete overhaul on life and it lasts for like .2 seconds and then I’m over all the steps. So, I am only going to focus on 3 things for April.
- Walking 10k per a day
- Jumping on the protein train and going to try to get 90g per day
- Drink 90oz of water
